When you enter your bike's data (weight, travel, wheelbase), it contributes in aggregated form to a shared catalogue, used to suggest starting values to other users with the same model.
Your identity is never shown to other users: the catalogue only exposes aggregated (median) values, with no reference to who entered them.
If you use the virtual assistant, the photo you send (if any) and your written question are processed by Anthropic, the provider of the AI model that generates the answer, only for the time needed to generate it.
What may be reused. If you give explicit consent when sending, the photo may be selected and shown, anonymously, as an example guide to other users with the same bike model. Selection is manual: every photo is reviewed before being used this way.
Without that consent, no photo or question ever goes into the guides: they still remain in your history, visible only to you. Consent is revocable at any time by writing to clickgarage.ai@gmail.com.
About two weeks after your first setup, we send an email with a link to a short, optional survey: you can ignore it with no consequence for using the app.
If filled in, it collects: the calculated target SAG and what you measured, a judgement on comfort/cornering grip/braking compared to before, an overall comparison, how easy the site was to use, and optional free notes. This data stays linked to your account, is not public, and is used to assess calculation accuracy. This is different from the closed-test feedback form described below, meant for closed-test participants.
We may also write to you based on what you answered: for example to ask what did not work if your rating is negative, to suggest calculating a new setup, or to tell you about service updates. We keep the date, subject and text of the messages we send you. You can reply to these emails and, at any time, ask us to stop receiving them by writing to clickgarage.ai@gmail.com.
During the closed test phase you can fill in a feedback form, separate from the survey above. Optional: you can use the app without filling it in.
Collects: bike model, suggested and measured SAG, a structured judgement on how the bike behaves, ease of use, an optional email to follow up with you, and free notes.
What may be published. Only with explicit consent in the form, answers may feed into public statistics, exclusively aggregated and anonymous, released only once at least five responses are collected.
What is never published: your email, free notes, individual answers, your bike linked to your judgement. Consent revocable at any time.
If you send a collaboration proposal through the dedicated form, we collect what you enter in it — typically a contact and a description of the proposed collaboration — to reply to you. Not used for other purposes.
You can leave your email to be notified when the app is available. Optional, not needed to browse the site.
Legal basis: the consent you give by ticking the box. Revocable by writing to clickgarage.ai@gmail.com.
How long: until the launch announcement, never beyond 12 months; deleted within 30 days of the announcement.
Aggregated catalogue statistics might in future be shared with industry partners, exclusively in aggregated, anonymous form. This would require specific consent, separate from this policy.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Kept for the account's lifetime. Deletion via the data deletion procedure, within 30 days of request, except for purchase data kept for tax obligations. Already-aggregated contributions remain anonymous.
The site and app store, only on your device (not on the server), the login token that keeps you signed in and your chosen language. Not tracking or advertising tools.

The service is not intended for anyone below the minimum age to ride a motorcycle in their own country.
Encrypted (hashed) passwords, token-protected access, reasonable technical measures against unauthorised access.
